PostHeaderIcon The Biz (Sinclair ZX Spectrum) (1985)

The Biz is a UK music industry simulator where you have to form a band and have a hit single. The game was written by the lead singer of The Freshies, whose biggest (and possibly only) hit was “I’m in love with the girl at the Manchester Virgin Megastore checkout desk”. PostHeaderIcon What's the best way to get my CompTIA A+ certification? How far will that get me in the computer biz?

I’m working on becoming a certified cisco network administrator (CCNA) and I heard that to get into the field I will have to be working help desk, which means doing basic computer stuff like installations or if a printer goes down I fix it… just little helpful stuff like that.. I was just wondering what other college courses I should take to get what employers want? Oh and what is the best way to get my CompTIA A+ certification also? Do I buy a book and take the exam or what?

PostHeaderIcon Computer repair biz uniforms?

I have a computer repair biz (mostly onsite) that I have been operating for a couple years now which has been prospering well but I am looking at other methods to help my biz get noticed.

my computer biz name has a auto performance theme to it and I am thinking of having jumpsuits or coveralls made for myself and my employees with my business name and pit crew under my business name?

you may ask why jumpsuits or coveralls?

well it’s somthing different then what every other IT person in town is wearing and should draw some attention.

They do not require ironing.

compared to the cost of business casual clothing they are similar in price and with the attached pants I don’t have to worry about what my employees wear for pants.

dont have to worry about shirt getting untucked when bending down on floor to mess with a computer or reaching up for somthing.

would you mind having someone wear this into your home or business? opinions? is this a lame stupid idea?

Thanks
Thanks to those that have posted answers! just trying to come up with something diffrent that will stand out a little more than the polo shirts dress shirts that eveyone else wears.
somthing custom made like what is on this site. http://www.racesuit.com/racesuit/commercial.html

put on some computer software/hardware (i.e. Vista Ready) logo’s including my logo. would be a walking billboard! I don’t see how I could go wrong.
